• You are kindly requested to park at the parking area and not at the main roads of the complex.
• No extra people are allowed to stay in the apartments unless it is already agreed.
• Our facilities are strictly offered to the tenants of the complex.
• Tap water is NOT potable.
• You are kindly requested not to make use of the bed sheets wearing sunscreen.
• Leaving the room, don’t forget to switch off the air-conditioning.
• Warm water should be used wisely.
• Don’t use all the devices at the same time.
• No pets are allowed.
• Common quiet hours from 15.00 to 17.30 and after midnight. Sunday is free.
• Please show respect to people next door.
